Privacy notice
This privacy notice explains how Storcom, Inc. handles personal information on storcomus.com. Storcom collects only what you choose to send, such as your name and email through the contact form, uses it to respond to you, sets analytics and visitor identification cookies only with your consent, and does not sell personal information. Who we are and what this notice covers
Storcom, Inc. (“Storcom”, “we”) is located at 825 S. Batavia Ave., Geneva, IL 60134. This notice covers storcomus.com and any other Storcom website that links to it. It explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using this website, you agree to the practices described here. We update this notice when our practices or the law change, and the effective date below shows the current version. Effective date: October 14, 2026.
What information do we collect, and why?
We collect personal information only when you give it to us or when it is needed to run and protect the site.
Contact form
When you submit the form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message. The form sends them to Storcom by email, processed by our email provider, Resend. We use them to answer your inquiry or provide the information or service you asked for.
Email
If you share your email address, we may write to you by email. You can stop marketing email at any time with the unsubscribe link in the message or by writing to marketing@storcom.net.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people move through them. We also measure aggregate traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Visitor identification
With your consent, ZoomInfo WebSights uses your IP address and cookies to identify the company you may be visiting from, so we can understand which organizations are interested in our services.
Live chat
If you use the chat window, LiveChat processes the messages and contact details you choose to send, so we can answer your questions.
Security logs
Our hosting provider records access logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and to detect and defend against attacks. We review this data only for security purposes, and logs are deleted on a regular schedule.
Which cookies does this site use?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We group them into five categories: Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance and Advertisement. Necessary cookies are always on because the site needs them, for example to remember your consent choices. Every other category stays off until you turn it on, wherever you are visiting from.
When you first visit, a notice lets you Accept All, Reject All or Customise by category. Your choice is kept for one year. You can change it at any time with the Consent Preferences button at the bottom left of every page or the Cookie preferences link in the footer. When you turn a category off, we remove its cookies from your browser.
Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyse how visitors use the site. To learn how Google uses this data, see support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245. We do not currently use Performance or Advertisement cookies.

A trailing * stands for an ID that varies by site. The chat window is provided by LiveChat, which loads for every visitor so support stays available.
Who do we share personal information with?
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider (Resend), our chat provider (LiveChat) and, when you consent to them, Google Analytics, Hotjar and ZoomInfo, and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade your email address to anyone outside Storcom.
This website may link to other sites. Storcom is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites it does not operate.
Retention, children and international visitors
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it for, or as long as applicable law requires.
This website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. When that happens, we take steps to keep your information appropriately protected and share it only as applicable law allows.
What are your choices, and how do you reach us?
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, and we will respond to every legitimate request as applicable law provides. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
